Tender Pricing — Locked & Confirmed

We provide itemised pricing for your tender package, with lock-in options for the tender validity period. You submit with pricing confidence — no repricing risk if procurement timelines extend.

Award — We Activate the Supply Plan

When you win, we immediately confirm your supply plan, place procurement orders, and stage stock at our Hornby facility. Your project is allocated, tracked, and managed from the moment the contract lands.

Staged Dispatch & Site Delivery

Phased delivery to your project programme. Materials arrive when you need them — not all at once, not late. Direct-to-site delivery nationwide, coordinated with your site team.

Our compliance documentation is prepared by our team and accepted by NZ Building Consent Authorities. We work closely with designers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to ensure the right documentation is included in your tender and consent submissions.
