● Brand 01 — Windows, Doors & Hardware

Hanesteel

Aluminium and uPVC windows, doors, and joinery systems with German-engineered hardware. Distribution-first pricing — less markup, more performance, backed by full compliance documentation.

Hanesteel — Windows & Doors

Less Markup.
More Performance.

Hanesteel supplies windows, doors, and fasteners with one goal: take the margin out and put the value back into your build. We run a distribution-first model — less showroom overhead, less "premium" markup that doesn't add performance. Whether you're a homeowner doing a full upgrade, a builder needing reliable supply, or a developer running volume projects — bring us your plans, window schedule, or materials list.

Our system starts with JMA 6063-T5 aluminium profile finished with AkzoNobel Interpon powder coating — the coating built for real NZ conditions including coastal salt air, with up to 15-year warranty options. For uPVC, we supply German VEKA Deutschland profile — engineered to European standards, double or triple glazed, with R0.9 (U=1.1) or R1.0 (U≈1.0) performance.

● Brand 03 — Insulation

Hanesulation

High-performance thermal and acoustic insulation for real New Zealand conditions. Without paying overpriced "big brand" margins. NZBC H1 compliant. Declared R-values. SAI Global certified.

Hanesulation — Overview

Warmer Homes.
Without the Margins.

Hanesulation™ by Hanes Distribution is high-performance thermal insulation sourced for real New Zealand conditions — built for people who want a warmer home, more comfortable building, and lower energy waste without paying overpriced "big brand" margins. Insulation isn't something you should have to redo, argue about, or "hope works." It's something you install once and rely on for years.

Hanesulation is supplied with clear declared R-values and supports compliance with NZBC Clause H1 (Energy Efficiency) using recognised compliance pathways H1/AS1 and H1/VM1, with insulation thermal performance determined to AS/NZS 4859.1:2018. Documentation includes declared R-values, product information, and installation guidance — councils and professionals want clarity and evidence, not vague marketing claims.

Thermal Performance
Reduces heat escaping through ceilings and walls. Rooms warm faster, stay warmer longer, more stable day and night. Less reliance on heaters. Real comfort you can feel.
Energy Efficiency
The cheapest power is the power you don't use. Properly insulated homes reduce constant heating needs in winter and slow heat gain in summer. R-values declared per AS/NZS 4859.1.
Acoustic Performance
Absorbs and dampens sound through wall cavities and ceiling spaces. Reduces voices, TV, footsteps, room-to-room disturbance. Better sleep, calmer spaces, more privacy.
Healthy Homes
Helps reduce cold surface conditions contributing to condensation risk. Supports stable indoor temperatures. Key foundation of a drier, more comfortable living environment.
Builder & Installer Supply
Cuts clean, fits snug, consistent coverage through cavities. Gaps and voids destroy real-world performance. Hanesulation installs efficiently to protect your R-value outcome.
Bulk & Trade Supply
Single jobs, multi-stage builds, commercial interior programs. We structure supply to match real project timelines, support scheduling, and avoid delays that cost time and money.

Acoustic Plasterboard
NZBC G6 — Airborne and Impact Sound. System-based performance: board + fixing method + insulation + detailing. Upgrading internal walls, separating bedrooms, intertenancy walls/ceilings.
