Hanes Distribution is a New Zealand-based supply, logistics, and distribution business operating across five specialist building material brands — and we are growing. Our Hornby warehouse and Christchurch head office is the operational hub where most of our team is based, and we are always looking for the right people to grow with us.

Team arrives, reviews overnight orders, checks delivery schedule for the day. Priority shipments and site deliveries are confirmed and dispatch paperwork prepared.

Warehouse Operations
Goods receipting for incoming containers, stock allocation to project bays, pick-and-pack for scheduled dispatch runs. Inventory counts on key lines.

Client Enquiries & Quotations
Sales team handling inbound calls and emails — quoting on windows, plywood, insulation, and plasterboard orders. Following up on pending orders and delivery ETAs.

Dispatch & Delivery Coordination
Afternoon dispatch runs confirmed. Freight partners notified. Site delivery confirmations sent to clients. Any non-standard requirements escalated and resolved.
